How to grow taller....Naturally??

Most  of  the people are not satisfied with their height including me,  I am 5.11...need 2 to 3 inches ,  but this isn't the problem.......  The problem is how to increase it  ?..
                                                                           

                                          Height can play a very important role in your life as well as carrier and relationships.  Most of the short guys feels awkward  to speak with a woman taller than them.   This kinda behavior is natural and anyone can a victim of that.
                                                                                                         After puberty increasing height  seems to be a very difficult task for most of us,but the question is that.....   Is  increasing  height  after  puberty  possible  ????


                                   The answer is yes,it is...  as far as what i have seen and researched...   Height generally depends on your genetics but a good diet and exercise in childhood and teenage could help a lot to increase your genetic height.  Its proven that average height is increasing generations by generations,   its cause of better living standard as compare to older times.
                                   So first of all maintain a good diet regime for yourself,  decrease your fast food intake especially refined floor made products,  cos   what you eat is what you are.....don't ever get depressed on your height,  thinking negative will always have negative impact on your body,  instead of that think positive and have strong determination to do anything.
                


                The second and most important thing is to increase height is stretching.  Its not only a great exercise which will keep you fit but will also help to add 2 to 3 inches of height to your body.  If you do stretching in your teenage than it will increase your growth speed.   I wont say its very easy,  no its not........ you have to be dedicated towards it,it will take some time and effort but the results in your hand.
                                                 

                                                  Exercise also needs a good sleep.   To gain results in every aspect of body,your needs 8 to 10 hrs of sleep,cos most of your growth is happens during sleep.
                                                          



3 Effective Stretching Exercises To Increase Height    




Hanging – One of the biggest obstacles to growing taller is gravity.  You spend most of your time in vertical position.  All time long gravity compresses your spine and joints, which squeezes and thins the cartilage and makes you shorter.

However, it is easy to counteract this affect through a hanging because it lets the weight of your lower torso stretch your spine and reduce the tension. Hanging has been known to increase height by one to two inches.
When you grasp the bar, make sure your palms are facing away from you and your thumbs are almost touching.
Try to hang for at least 20 seconds and repeat the process when you are able to grip the bar again.
You should also repeat this exercise a minimum of 4 times. 





 Dry Land Swim – this exercise focuses on your lower back.  You will want to start this exercise by laying down flat on your stomach with your body fully extended.
Alternate Leg Kick - Height Increase Exercise
Put your arms straight out in front of you with your palms toward the floor.  Raise your left arm higher than your right arm. Then, keep your legs straight and lift your right leg off the ground as far as you can.
Try to hold that position for at least 4 seconds before gently lowering your leg and raising the other leg.  Your goal should be to work up to holding the position for 20 seconds.  Also, adding wrist and ankle weights to your workout  will increase resistance and tone your lower back muscles even more.
Pelvic Shift – It is simple, but you will quickly feel the stretching that occurs up and down your spine and in your hips.

You will want to begin the exercise by lying on your back with your shoulders and arms planted firmly on the floor.  Bend your knees and draw your feet as close to your buttock as you can.  Next, arch your back so that your pelvis thrusts upward.
Hold this position for at least 20 seconds and try to work up to holding it for 30 seconds.  As you repeat this move, you should feel more and more stretching in your front hips.
It is always a good idea to check with your doctor before beginning any exercise regiment to make sure your body is healthy enough for this activity.

Strenuous exercises, like these grow taller exercises to increase height, should be done consistently but you should start slowly if you are a beginner.  You can increase the intensity of your workout as your body becomes accustomed to each new exercise.
